Using the tools
Use the tools for content and photos you are entitled to process. Review your output before sharing. You are responsible for prices, scope, tax rates, permissions and your agreements with customers.
Documents and responses
A quotation or proposal is an editable business document. A client response records interest in proceeding or declining and an optional note. BuildNerd does not provide electronic signatures, automatic contracts, tax filings or currency conversion.
Plans and limits
Free PDF generation is available without an account, subject to processing limits. Quotes Pro costs INR 499 for 30 days and supports 200 saved documents, 300 clients and private share links. Catalogue Pro retains its existing INR 499/30-day publishing plan and adds Studio benefits: 20-photo batches and 100 saved price lists. These are one-time purchases, not automatic renewals.
Expiry and support
Client links require active Quotes Pro and expire at the chosen date; owners can revoke them. Saved content remains accessible after plan expiry, but paid actions require renewal. Photo downloads expire after 24 hours. Contact [email protected] if a result or payment needs attention.
