Privacy
What we store
Your email, password hash, session and recovery-code hash use the existing Catalogue account system. Saved quotations, proposals, clients, document versions, shared snapshots and price lists are stored on our VPS. Payment order identifiers and plan periods are stored to verify access.
Photos and downloads
Studio photos are processed on the server. Prepared batches and private download links expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up hourly. Catalogue photos you explicitly apply are stored with your existing seller account.
Sharing and visibility
Documents are private until you explicitly create a client link. Anyone with that link can access the published snapshot while it is enabled, unexpired and covered by an active plan. Revoke links you no longer need. Recipients may keep downloaded copies.
Service providers and account requests
Razorpay processes checkout; BuildNerd does not collect card details. These tools use first-party session cookies and local theme preferences. Contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests. Server backups are retained for 7 days and are not a separate public copy.
