Questions about the tool
What does photo preparation do?
It resizes photos, fits the whole photo onto a canvas or crops it to fill the canvas, and exports JPG or WebP at your chosen quality. It does not remove objects or existing photo backgrounds.
Which photos can I upload?
Still JPG, PNG and WebP images, up to 5 MB each. The free tool prepares up to three photos per batch; Catalogue Pro prepares up to twenty.
How long can I download my prepared photos?
Download the individual photos or a ZIP within 24 hours. Expired batches are removed from the server. Keep your original photos and save your prepared downloads.
Can I create a price list from a spreadsheet?
Export your spreadsheet as CSV using the provided columns, import up to 300 products, review your prices and download a branded PDF. Catalogue users can also copy their saved products into a list.
Do I need another Catalogue subscription?
No. Your existing Catalogue account and active Catalogue Pro publishing plan include the Studio paid features. Sign in with the same email and password.
Does editing a price list change my Catalogue prices?
No. Price lists are separate documents. Updating Catalogue product photos requires selecting the target products and explicitly confirming the update.
